Birth of The Small High Precision Desktop Screen Printer for Experiments
How was the small desktop screen printer developed for experimental printing of electronic components on ceramic and metal substrates
  In the screen printing process, the silkscreen machine has been widely used in experimental research due to its simple structure, convenient operation, and low cost.  However, it is difficult to accurately control the printing pressure and balance through manual operation, so it is not suitable for precision screen printing.
    In 2020, a client proposed a requirement during a collaboration: the company's product development required customization of a high-precision small experimental screen printing machine.This small experimental screen printing machine needs to solve several problems: firstly, it does not occupy space; secondly, it has high alignment accuracy; thirdly, it can accurately control the printing pressure to ensure printing thickness; fourthly, it can control the balance of the printing head to ensure the uniformity of the film layer.
   
    After a month of research and testing, we have developed a high-precision manual deskop screen printer 2HP-320 using multiple innovative designs such as a fixed steel frame structure, mechanical limit, and pneumatic balance. This device meets the usage requirements of printing positioning accuracy of ± 0.01mm, controllable printing pressure, and adjustable left and right balance of printing components.

    We have found that many customers have a high demand for experimental high-precision small screen printer, and some customers prefer to achieve small-scale high-precision semi-automatic printing to reduce experimental costs. Therefore, on the basis of high-precision desktop screen printer, we have successively developed two models: DP-320 deskop semi-automatic screen printer and DP-320DD desktop semi-automatic round tube screen printer, which are suitable for research and production in the experimental and small batch products.
