Developed and designed a fully automatic printing production machine suitable for different sizes of ceramic copper clad plates according to customer needs, with a printing accuracy of ± 0.01mm
1.It includes four functional units: fully automatic feeding unit (automatic rotating material changing), thick film printing unit, automatic detection weighing unit (effective detection of film thickness consistency and screening of defective products), and fully automatic feeding unit.
2. It is Suitable for printing ceramic copper clad plates of multiple sizes with a benchmark production capacity of 600PCS per hour, and can be adjusted according to customer needs.

3. The printing unit adopts adaptive thick film printing, which can automatically adjust the printing pressure according to the shape and thickness changes of the substrate, thereby improving the yield rate and maintaining product film thickness consistency.
4. The entire machine is equipped with multiple safety design and anti fooling programs, including automatic detection of abnormal shutdowns, device guidance prompts, and fault self inspection, to improve production efficiency.
5. The highly sensitive sensing system monitors the status of equipment in real-time, effectively ensuring the smooth operation and safety of the equipment.
