   At the 2022 Munich Electronic Equipment Exhibition, the team of Jyutec accidentally encountered a customer with a worried face. This customer is the general manager of a well-known electric heating technology enterprise, which mainly focuses on producing various types of electric heating components. He is troubled by the thick film printing process problem on the electric heating production line. Their existing electronic printing machines are customized and modified from ordinary oblique arm screen printing machines, and have been engaged in the production of stainless steel electric heating elements. In 2022, the outsourcing processing business of micro instant heating ceramic round rods and tubes was developed. After modification, the existing printing machines not only failed to meet the printing accuracy requirements, but also had uneven quality of printed products. Due to the small size of the product and high cost, after purchasing several customized thick film printing equipment, there is a common problem of poor uniformity of the thick film leading to a large range of resistance deviation. The yield rate can only reach about 50%. After multiple debugging, the problem of film thickness consistency cannot be solved. Ultimately, it leads to high production costs, repeated delays in delivery times, and enormous pressure on enterprises.

On the same day, the trial production lasted for 4 hours and the product yield rate increased to 95%. After receiving operational training from the technical personnel of Jyutec, 8000 pieces were produced the next day, with only 12 defective pieces, mostly caused by operation or transportation. The yield rate reached 98.2%. The customer is very satisfied and has ordered a stainless steel round tube thick film printing machine with a diameter of 40mm and a length of 100mm on site for upgrading and upgrading existing equipment.
    As of the end of 2023, the company has ordered more than 10 round tube thick film printing machines with multiple specificationnd sizes from Jyutec, and has established a long-term strategic partnership with Jyutec.
