1. The feeding is divided into two parts: A. and B. It uses six stations to rotate the feeding, and multiple pieces of material can be placed on each side, saving space and labor.
2. The dust removal part can clean the printing surface before printing, improve the product qualification rate, and reduce energy consumption;
3. The printing part adopts CCD visual correction function, the printing accuracy can be controlled within ± 0.005mm;
4. Testing unit - detects whether the appearance of the product meets the requirements, and collects and reuses waste materials, effectively reducing material scrap rates.
5. A/B units share a sintering furnace, saving equipment costs and space, and improving equipment utilization.
6. Units A/B can work simultaneously or separately, both independently and in coordination with each other.
7. The production line can be modified from different models and can be used for fully automatic screen printing in multiple industries.
